About Agent Toolbox

Agent Toolbox is a free set of calculators for Canadian real estate agents. It is built and run by SunTech Solutions, the studio behind a family of free study sites for Canadian driving and citizenship tests.

Where the numbers come from

Every rate and limit a calculator uses is taken from an official source — CMHC, the Department of Finance, OSFI, or the province — and each tool lists those sources with the date they were last checked.

What the numbers are for

The results are estimates to help you talk a client through a deal. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and a lender, lawyer or notary may arrive at a slightly different figure.

Agent Toolbox is independent. It is not affiliated with CREA, any real estate board or regulator, or any lender.
